This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking. The typeface is hosted on our own server. YouTube videos only load if you accept cookies. Data you send through the contact form is only used to answer your enquiry.

2. Hosting and server log files

The site is hosted by checkdomain GmbH, Lübeck, Germany. When you visit, the server automatically stores technical data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the previously visited page (referrer), browser and operating system. The server needs this data to deliver the site and detect attacks. It is deleted after a short time and not combined with other data.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in the secure operation of the site.

3. Contact form and email

If you fill in the form or write an email, Lisa Laner receives your name, your email address, your request, where applicable the date and place, and your message. This information is used only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a booking.

The form is transmitted via the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which forwards the message by email. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Formspree relies on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses for this.

Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with and no statutory retention obligation applies, for example for invoices.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (enquiry and preparation of a booking) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent via the checkbox in the form).

4. YouTube videos

The music videos are embedded via YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland). No connection to YouTube is made when the page loads. Only after you accept cookies (in the notice on your first visit or directly on the video) and click a video does it load in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube then receives your IP address and technical data; data may also be transferred to the USA.

5. Links to other sites

Links to Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, Linktree and press articles open the respective provider's site. Only then do that provider's privacy terms apply. No data is sent to these providers before you click.

6. Cookies, settings and fonts

This site sets no cookies of its own. Your choice in the cookie notice (Accept or Decline) is stored in your browser (Local Storage, entry “ll_consent_v1”) so you are not asked on every visit. You can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

The font Inter Tight is hosted on the site's own server; no connection to Google Fonts is made.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for YouTube, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for storing your choice.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. An email to lisalaner.mail@gmail.com is enough.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
